Can you diagnose and treat conditions through a virtual (video) neurology visit?
Neurological care can be safely and effectively delivered through secure, HIPAA-protected video visits.
During your visit, your neurologist can perform a full clinical intake, review your symptoms in detail, observe movement, speech, eye tracking, balance, and other neurological functions in real time.
If needed, your provider can also order imaging (MRI, CT), lab work, sleep studies, referrals, prescriptions, and prior authorizations — just as they would in a traditional in-person clinic.
When do you decide to order imaging or labs?
Imaging or diagnostics are never ordered automatically. Your provider will recommend them only if medically necessary based on your symptoms, your history, and what they observe during the video exam.
If needed, we’ll send your order directly to a local in-network facility near you — and you won’t need to figure out where to go or who to call. We coordinate that part for you.
