DO I HAVE ACCESS TO CARE COACHING?

For most people, care coaching is already included with your Neura Health membership! This means you usually don't have to pay anything additional to have a coach on your team.

You may have joined through your job, insurance, law firm, or another partner. If you access Neura Health in this way, you may or may not have included coaching access. You can message us via the app or web browser to confirm your subscription model and learn how coaching can be accessible to you. 

• How often will I receive coaching and how long is each session?
• If coaching is included in your membership, you receive two 30-minute sessions per calendar month. These sessions are video calls via Zoom. If you ever feel like you need a little more support, you can also purchase additional sessions for $49 each, billed at time of booking.
• If coaching is not included in your membership, but is an optional add on, you can buy sessions for $49 per session. Whether coaching is included or an add on to your subscription, your coach is here to support you every step of the way. 

• Note that you can join your session however and wherever you’re comfortable, you just cannot be actively driving a vehicle.
• If you’d rather meet with your coach with no video (maybe it’s a no screens kind of day!) you can let them know and proceed with keeping your video off. We want you to be able to take advantage of your session however you’re comfortable.

How do I get started?

It is very easy to meet your coach. After your initial medical visit with your provider, you can schedule an appointment with your dedicated Care Coach.

Follow these simple steps: 

1. Log into the Neura Health App
2. Tap "Get Care"
3. Select "Book Coaching"
4. Select the date and time that works best for you
