## Preparing for your care coaching session helps you get the most out of your time with your Care Coach and your neurologist. This preparation helps ensure your appointments are focused, productive, and aligned with your health goals.

Your Care Coach helps you get the most out of both your coaching sessions and your provider visits.

Before meeting with your Care Coach, it can help to reflect on a few simple questions:

- What symptoms or challenges have I noticed recently?
- What has been helping me feel better?
- What would I like to improve or gain more control over?

During your session, your coach may help you:

- Review symptom patterns or triggers
- Organize goals and next steps
- Prepare questions for your neurologist
- Identify strategies that support your care plan

After coaching, you may continue tracking symptoms, reviewing your goals in the Neura app, and preparing for your next provider visit.
