1. Your Visit Is Virtual
All Neura Health appointments take place via Zoom video call.
This allows you to meet with your neurologist on your time, from the comfort of home, using a phone, tablet, or computer.
You will receive a Zoom link in your appointment confirmation. When it’s time for your visit, simply click the link to join.
2. You Will Not Receive a Phone Call
Your neurologist will not call you by phone for the appointment.
Instead, you will join the visit directly through your Zoom link at the scheduled time.
We recommend joining a few minutes early to ensure your device and connection are ready.
3. Complete Your Intake Forms in Advance
Before your visit, please complete the required intake forms in your Neura Health account.
These forms help your neurologist understand:

Your symptoms and medical history

Current medications

Prior treatments or diagnoses
Completing your forms ahead of time helps your neurologist prepare for your visit and make the most of your appointment time.
4. Payment Must Be Completed Prior to the Visit*
To avoid delays or rescheduling, payment must be completed before your appointment.
*This applies to self-pay visits or required copays.
If a balance is due, you will receive an invoice or payment link before your visit.
