The fastest way to retrieve your results/records is for you, the patient, to authorize their release directly by calling the office and asking them to fax your records to Neura Health at 212-214-0885 or by email at support@neurahealth.co (not .com).
If you are unable to request your records directly for any reason, please let us know and we'd be happy to assist.
Please note, if Neura Health as the provider steps in to request records on your behalf, we'll need you to first fill out a medical records release form. This process can take up to 2 weeks.
